Title: Mary's Macaroni/potato Salad

Yield: 6 Servings

1/2 Macaroni (8 oz); cooked as
3lgPotatoes; cooked & cubed
  Mayonnaise (homemade or best
1tbColeman's mustard
1bnGreen onions; diced
1 Carrot; grated
1/2cnPitted olives; sliced thin
1/2 Green pepper; diced
1/2smCabbage; sliced thin
1cnTuna in oil; optional
  Salt
  Pepper

Recipe by: Mary Spero Cook macaroni; drain and set aside. Cook potatoes; peel and cube. Use a large bowl. Add all ingredients. To make creamy dressing add about 1/4 cup of milk. If you don't have green onions, use about 1/2 of a small Maui onion, chopped fine. This recipe is easily doubled and doubled again. It's a pot luck favorite!
